Nested Multiverse

Lying down on my bed
I stare at the empty sky inside my room
Feeling the entire universe
Constrained within its boundaries

The silence — as the night deepens —
Gives out a subtle hum
That reverberates with the primordial Om

As I lie here
Contemplating,
Undoing something or
Doing nothing,
I myself seem like another universe
The same primordial sound reverberating and
Tethering me to the Mother

The microbiome and the atoms
Would have felt the same way
If they lay in their slimy beds and
Stared at the vacant sky inside their chambers
The same primordial sound reverberating and
Tethering them to their Mothers

The universe
Within the universe
Within the universe
Within the universe
Each simultaneously nested and
Chained by the primordial sound
Into a multiverse
